You Paid, Now What?
Check your inbox, you will get an order confirmation email. Processing will begin depending on the time you placed your order (see the 4:00 PM EDT deadline above). Processing generally takes 0-2 business days (Monday-Friday). When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor its journey.
Delivery generally takes 6-10 business days (Monday-Friday). We are able to ship to the United States, Alaska and Hawaii included, and shipping is always free.
Possible Delays
If your order has not arrived after the estimated processing and shipping time, use your tracking code to check its whereabouts. If you have any concerns, let us know at support@xamoren.com and our support team will eagerly assist you.
Order Cancellations & Updates
If you need to cancel or update an order, please contact us at support@xamoren.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been shipped, cancellation or any other update will no longer be possible. In such cases, the item can be returned upon delivery following our return procedure.
