Begin the Return Process

Start the return process by contacting support@gamoren.com with your order number and items you wish to return. Our customer support will respond with concrete steps for you to follow.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must remain unused and in their original condition. All tags, labels, and packaging should be intact. We are unable to accept items that have been damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear. On top of that, returns requested after 30 days from delivery unfortunately will not be processed.

Refund Information

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account, exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider. We will not charge any extra restocking fees, you will merely cover the cost of return shipping.

Are Exchanges Permitted?

Exchanges are available for customers who wish to receive a different size or color, (if stock availability allows). If the requested replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Order Cancellations & Updates

If you need to cancel or update an order, please contact us at support@gamoren.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been shipped, cancellation or any other update will no longer be possible. In such cases, the item can be returned upon delivery following our return procedure.
